No opening statements will be given, but each candidate will give two-minute closing remarks.If a candidate fails to show up: The two remaining candidates would be given more questions and more time to talk, with two minutes for initial answers, one minute for rebuttals and three minutes for closing statements.Campaigning: Will not be permitted in the debate room.
